Can I book infants on Book India Trips?

You can book infants under two years on age on Book India Trips.com. Infants must be accompanied by an adult . Please ensure to carry valid proof of age document when checking in. Infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary this includes onward and return journey.

How do I confirm that my reservation was done on Book India Trips.com?

We will send you an email confirming your flight bookings.

Do I need to re-confirm my flight bookings?

No you need not re confirm your reservation when traveling within India. However you will be required to re-confirm your reservation when traveling on international destinations.

How do I confirm my seats assignments?

Some airlines will confirm your seat assignments and for that you need to call your airline directly.

How do I change a flight reservation?

Please call on 011 4948 4800 and well help you with changes.

What is amendment?

An amendment is change in your travel date/plan. You can change date of your travel but not the sector.

Does it cost anything to make amendment?

Yes there will be amendment charge by the airline and in addition to this charge Book India Trips.com will charge Rs. 250 for Domestic sector and Rs 500 International sector for International per passenger per sector. Book India Trips.com will also collect difference in airfare if applicable.

How Do I receive my ticket after amendment?

Book India Trips.com will email your amended ticket with in 4 hours of such amendment to the email address register with us

Can I cancel my tickets after an amendment?

Yes, you can cancel your ticket after amendment subject to airlines policy . Please refer to cancellation policy of Book India Trips.com/ airlines policy.

Is there a cancellation charges on the tickets booked?

Each airline has a different cancellation policy which you will find on booking page. Book India Trips.com will charge Rs. 250 for Domestic sector and Rs 500 International sector processing fee for each flight amendment/cancellation.

How Do I cancel a flight booking?

Please call our customer care on +91 11 4948 4800 (all net works) and they will help you to cancel the flight booking.

E – Tickets:

If you are holding an e- ticket and wants to cancel you can do it online but this has to be atleast 6 hours prior to the departure only. If you are canceling your flight less than 6 hour prior to the departure you need to call the respective airlines and cancel your bookings.

What is an e-ticket?

An e-ticket is electronic paper less document with confirmation number. When you buy e-ticket , we email it to you within 4 hours of your booking. You just have to print it and carry your photo ID proof and present in at checking counter of your flight at the airport.

How do I get my e-ticket details?

We will send you email which will have details of your e-ticket.

Do I have to show my e-ticket at check in counter?

Yes you have to present your e-ticket confirmation email at check in counter of your flight with valid photo ID proof.

How do I know that my reservation was booked?

You will receive an email from us confirming the same.

Do I have to re confirm my reservation?

No you do not have confirm your reservation.

How do I modify hotel reservation?

Please call on 011 4948 4800 and they will help you to do so.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy vary from hotel to hotel. Be sure to review the cancellation policy of the hotel you are booking. Please call on 011 4948 4800 to get more information on this. Book India Trips will charge Rs.750 for Domestic and Rs 1100 for International over and above the cancellation charges leived by the hotel.

I have not received email confirmation . What do I do?

Please call on 011 4948 4800.

Will the hotel hold by room if I am arriving late?

Since your reservation is pre paid hotel will hold your rooms. It is advisable to inform the hotel of your late arrival .

What are the payment options available with Book India Trips.com?

We accept credit / Debit cards. You also have an option of depositing cash in our account as per below details:
